It still feels like summer here!

It still feels like summer here. I am not complaining. I love the warm weather. It has been in the 80's. So I decided to take advantage of the great weather. We went to the park after I picked Robyn up from school.

LoriAnne thought she would drive to pick up Robyn. How do you tell a little girl with this cute smile on her face that she still has 14 years before she can drive???

Robyn had fun playing with her friend Laurel in the sand. Mommy didn't have as much fun getting ALL the sand out of her hair when she had her bath tonight :)

Mikey enjoyed playing in the sand too with his truck. He is ALL boy.

Do you like Jonathan's new hair style? He REALLY needs a haircut!
I guess I better put that on my "to do" list for tomorrow.

A Day on the Farm...

Dave had the day off of work today (since it is Colombus Day). So we decided to take the kids to Underwood Family Farms for their annual Harvest Festival. The kids had a great time. There was so much for them to do.

They climbed pyramids made from stacks of hay...

rode ponies....

got lost in the corn field maze...

sat on BIG pumpkins...

Jonathan got to roll on the grass :)

drove wooden trucks...

ran through the tire tunnel...

played in the wooden "choo choo" train...
(Mikey is saying "choo choo" as I take the pic)
The kids also saw lots of animals and were able to feed some of them. All in all it was another great day in the Pendley household.
